Our History

Qingdao HIWOSS Group, located in the high tech Economic Zone of Qingdao, covers an area of 20,000 square meters.
The Group has six subsidiaries, including Qingdao JING LING Ocean Technology Co., Ltd., and Qingdao Waves Algae Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Over ten years of challenges and development have made the "Sea Whale Spirit" brand well-known in the industry. Qingdao HIWOSS Group now offers more than 80 top products, including seaweed fertilizer, chitin fertilizer, Humic acid,Amino acid ,and organic seaweed fertilizer. We are an international group company focused on the research, development, production, sales, and trade of alginate series seaweed fertilizers and chitin fertilizers.

Qingdao Hiwoss Seaweed Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd.

Using advanced biological technologies, Qingdao HIWOSS Group has developed a production line that utilizes enzymatic degradation of seaweed and deacetylation of chitosan. With world-leading technology, we successfully extracted over 95% of active ingredients from seaweed, leading the market.

We adhere to high-quality standards, strict requirements, pollution-free processes, and ecological principles throughout our production process. Our strict quality control system ensures every product is of high quality.

Our seaweed fertilizer is extracted from Ascophyllum nodosum and seaweed using low-temperature extraction technology, and chitosan is extracted from shrimp and crab shells using enzymatic degradation technology. Our products are pollution-free, non-toxic, and 100% safe for humans and animals.

Our Factory

Qingdao HIWOSS Group has a leading Application Engineering Research Center for alginic acid and chitosan and collaborates with the Canada Oudika Seaweed Group. We have formed a joint innovation body with leading domestic and international biological engineering research institutes, including the Institute of Oceanology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Qingdao Agricultural University. We have obtained fifteen core patents. By transforming scientific and technological achievements, the group now offers new products in the alginic acid and chitosan series, fully meeting the growth and quality needs of various crops such as grains, vegetables, fruits, tea, and flowers.
